"I Will Make" depicts many of the tools I use for linoleum printmaking. I made it after having a conversation with my printmaking mentor about the challenges of making money as an artist, and balancing that with another job. She said "you'll always create, because it's a part of who you are." That really struck me, and I made this piece as an affirmation of my dedication to the craft.
